The workshop "Getting a grip on your business processes" in November 2008 which was held in collaboration with World of Minds (The Hague) was received with enthousiasm.
The workshop had as a theme: getting a grip on your business processes. During the day we covered topics such as (a) why to improve your processes, (b) how to visualize and design your business processes, (c) workflow execution, (d) multi-model compliancy and (e) SOX regulations and seggregation of duties (SOD) compliancy.
