Create and maintain logbooks

Create logbooks, logbook entries and 'lessons learned' items. You can view logbook entries on the screen generate reports and filter on the logbook-entries of a specific kind or category.

<b>ADD NEW LOGBOOK ENTRY</b>. Select the category and add a new logbook entry. The logbook entry is date and time stamped at the moment you save a new entry.<b>GET AN OVERVIEW</b> of all the logbook entries related to a specific project.<b>LOGBOOK CATEGORIES PREFERENCES</b>. In the Crocus preferences you can specify more logbook categories. Create as many categories as you need. If e.g. you work Prince2 compliant you might want to add a 'Lessons Learned Log".
<b>ADD NEW LOGBOOK CATEGORY</b>. Add as many new categories as you need. Later on you can filter on one or more categories and generate customized logbook reports.<b>GENERATE REPORTS</b>. Set filters and generate a logbook report which you can either send to a Word document or PDF file.<b> SYSTEM LOGS</b>. Apart from the logbook entries you can add yourself, Crocus keeps track of things for you as well by logging, auditing and versioning activities. You can specify what you want Crocus to keep track of in the Crocus Online! preference menu.
