Using our process modeler you can design, describe and configure your business processes. Each process-step can be linked to reference models such as CMMI, ISO, SOX, COBIT or project management frameworks such as Prince2, PMBOK or DSDM Atern. PROCESS DESIGN in an intuitive and easy way. Crocus Process Designer presents you with only that what you need for designing, describing and configuring your business processes.SWIMLANES AND ROLES are used to visualize who is involved in the process and responsible for each of the process steps. Widen the swimlanes or give them alternative colours to make them stand out.PROCESS STEP PROPERTIES can be defined by doubleclicking on a process-step icon in the diagram. Here you can describe the specific practices, further refine the roles involved, link the process-step to reference frameworks such as ISO, CMMI, SOX or others and specify tailoring guidelines.
PROCESS FOCUSSED COMPLIANCY by linking processes and/or process-steps to best-practices of one or more reference models such as CMMI, ISO, COBIT, SOX and others. Provide the reasoning why you believe you comply by performing this process when you link them together and build a multi-model compliancy grid giving you insight into where you comply and where you still need to improve.LINK DOCUMENTS to your processes, process-steps and practices providing sample documents, more detailed instructions or template files.FORMS EDITOR is embedded in Crocus Process Designer.
RACI stands for Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed. Link each of the process steps to the roles involved and create a RACI diagram showing all the roles and responsibilities in the process.SAVE TO WORD, RTF OR XML. You can generate a process report or save your process to a generic XML file to be processed by other applications.COMPLIANCY GAP-ANALYSIS reports can be generated showing you where your processes comply and where there is still room for improvements.
CHANGE INTERFACE LANGUAGE to Dutch, German or e.g. Swedisch.PUBLISH YOUR PROCESSES ONLINE by exporting your process designs right from Crocus Process Designer straight to a static HTML process portal to be deployed on your corporate intranet.ZOOM IN ON DETAILS right from your web-browser.
MORE INFO on process-steps is available such as on how performing specific process-step and adhering to the process will help you comply. Linked documents are made available in the web-page as well. You can easily adjust the looks of the process portal by incorporating your own CSS stylesheet.CREATE PROCESS DOCUMENTS giving you all the process related information in a Microsoft Word document.DYNAMIC PROCESS PORTALS can be created by moving your process designs to our Crocus web-based dynamic process and project management solution called Crocus Online!
PROCESS ASSETS LIBRARY options are available such as adding more diagrams, related documents and linking information together or by assigning specific processes to specific usergroups, divisions or teams.MANAGE YOUR PROCESSES in a more dynamic way by assigning a process manager, versioning your processes and logging changes and adding 'lessons learned' information.AUTOMATE by generating process or workflow instances.
