<b>ADD NEW PROJECTS</b> from the projects overview page.<b>USE WIZARD</b> to setup new projects.<b>VIEW PROJECT DETAILS</b>.
<b>USE PROJECT PROCESS-MODEL</b> as the basis for your new project.<b>GENERATE PID OR PROJECT PLAN DOCS</b> which include all the known and relevant project data and which you can use as a start to refine your project plan.<b>GET COMMITMENT</b> from project stakeholders to your PID/Project plan.
<b>RESOURCE MANAGEMENT</b>. Assign resources and team-members to the project. Users can be assigned a specific project role.<b>REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT</b>. Add requirements or import requirements from our Crocus Requirements Editor. Link requirements to Work-Breakdown-Structure elements or alternatively to process-steps and trace your requirements (requirements traceability).<b>WORK OR PRODUCT BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE</b>. View and edit your WBS and link your tasks, requirements, features, userstories and use-cases to WBS elements. Look at your project deliverables through a WBS or PBS view and see how far each breakdown element is progressing.
<b>ADD TASKS</b> to the project. Tasks can be linked to elements of the Work-Breakdown-Structure, to a process-step and assigned to specific team-members. Tasks can be estimated using either the agile storypoint method or by estimating task effort in time.<b>RISK MANAGEMENT</b>. Risk can be defined and monitored.
<b>ADD MILESTONES</b>. Additional milestones can be added such as release dates or starting dates of marketing campaigns.<b>PROJECT STATUS</b> can be seen online.<b>TIME MANAGEMENT</b>. Write time on specific project tasks either through the web-interface of Crocus or using our Crocus Time Manager desktop application.
<b>TIMESHEET MANAGEMENT</b>. Fill in your timesheets and get them approved and released. Hours written are available through our webservice adapter for e.g. invoicing your clients on the hours worked on projects. Or generate a report and export the report to Word.<b>SAMPLE EXPORT TO EXCEL</b>. You can generate reports using the report engine and export your data to Microsoft Word, Excel or Adobe PDF. You can also exchange project information with MS Project.
